- Responsible for all key account managers of OFF-road customers
- Develop and implement strategic plans (along with CSB Director) for specific customers
- Key interface to product management
- Close analysis of the market including trends and new opportunities
- Sales and sales planning for the key account team including monitoring effectiveness
- Acquisition of new customer projects as well as development of customer relations
- NPS & CM responsible within specific customer group
- Leadership skills and experience in running an international team
- Deep understanding of the specific market
- Strategic planning skills
- Strong commercial or negotiating skills
- Significant cost and commercial awareness
- Fluent Business English skills and willingness to travel
