Job Profile:

  • Overall responsibility for the NPS & CM for CSB in the central sales region across the assigned market segments and product domains
  • Functional management of the current Central CSB sales team
  • Identify and secure the growth opportunities within the prescribed region, across different market domains
  • Coaching and mentoring of the area sales team, including steering and target settings
  • Coordination of the central CSB sales budget, forecasting and reporting


Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience as sales leader with knowledge of consultative selling principles and leading experience
  • Ability to manage and motivate the existing sales force
  • Fluent business English and willingness to travel
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial and technical assessment skills
